Santaishan Mountain National Forest Park

　　It belongs to the forest vacation section on the east side of the resort. Covering an area of 12.7 square kilometers, it comprises three parts, i.e. forest sightseeing area, forest leisure area and forest vacation area. Throughout the year, the park displays diverse scenes. On both sides of the lake, mountains and forests form a green landscape. Rivers flow through the entire park. The belts of blue, green and other colors are perfectly integrated with the mountain-water environment, making the park a habitat for the harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature.

　　In the park, you can see Natian Flower Sea in spring, lotus in summer, red maple in autumn and snow in winter. Natian Flower Sea covers a total area of 2,220 mu (one mu equals 0.0667 hectares), with a total of 612 flower fields. More than 50 types of flowers are planted, including Cosmos sulphureus Cav., Cosmos bipinnatus Cav., Gomphrena globosa L., Papaver rhoeas L., Verbena officinalis L., Salvia japonica Thunb. and Muhlenbergia capillaris. These flowers bloom in spring and autumn every year, forming a must-see flower sea in eastern China.

　　There are eight lakes, including Xiangsi Lake, Tian’e Lake, Qingcui Lake, Jinghu Lake and Yangxin Lake. They are elegant and picturesque. Misty Forest Plank Path is a popular tourist attraction of Santaishan Mountain. Baima Creek flows freely. The lush metasequoia forest and winding road create a deep and serene atmosphere and extend to Santaishan Mountain Children’s Adventure Park.

　　Tianhe Tower soars skyward. With the Song-Dynasty architectural style, the tower has eight corners and nine floors. Looking solemn and magnificent, it is a landmark building of Santaishan Mountain. In the Pets Garden, you can have intimate contact with small animals and experience the joy of nature. In Santaishan Mountain Rare Crape Myrtle Culture Park, there are over 1,000 old stumps of crape myrtle, with an average age of over 200 years. The rainbow beach, made up of colorful sand, shows a romantic atmosphere.
